her husband says.
"frankly speaking, it would have been easy for me to list 6 things that i would like to change about her-my heavens, she could have listed a thousand things she would like to change about me-but i didn't. i said to her, let me think first and i will tell you tomorrow morning
the next morning, i woke up early in the morning and called the florist to send six red roses to my wife with a note saying " i can't think of 6 things i would like to change about you. i love you the way you are."
when i arrived at home that evening, who do you think greeted me at the door? that's right! my wife. she was almost in tears. needless to say i was extremely glad that i had not criticized her as she has requested.
it was then i realized the power of appreciation...

*same goes with the friendship, never left friends behind, and not only because you need them, you approach them. it's about who came and never left your side. it's not about being friends for a long period. missing you, my dear...
